In September, a total of four sessions have been conducted so far. The Environmental Education / Eco Clubs Team visited the following schools in this order:
- September 4th: Government Higher Primary School Maravanthe
- September 6th: Government Higher Primary School Navunda
- September 11th: RC Higher Primary School Basrur
- September 12th: Halladi Government High School (for Eco Clubs)
During the course of the sessions, their structure was improved upon multiple times in various different ways. Most importantly, we introduced an entire segment dealing with local means of recycling, e.g. the Gujiri man. Furthermore, we also added a new section covering existing waste management systems in Europe. The children seemed to enjoy the sessions very much and really added to the session through their valuable feedback.
