Organised Essay and Drawing competition for Eco-clubs of Kundapur Taluk

This year World wide dedicated or announced and celebrating as a Water Conservation- 2013, with regards on 21st November 2013, Flora and Fauna club organized Drawing and Essay competition to All Eco-club high school student, In this program FSL India staff and international volunteers were participated. Flora and fauna club gave a theme oriented competition called Water Conservation and Pollution.

Before 1 month advanced intimation given to all Eco-club student concerning the topic they need to write the essay and drawing. Significant issues like – Importance of water conservation, reasons behind water pollution, problems and health hazards that arise due to water pollution, solution towards controlling water pollution and help preserving it were presented through this Essay and Drawing.

Our intention through Essay and drawing competition is Student can get involved with Environmental issue, especially about Importance of Water Conversation and other pollutions. Also we observed and read there essay that shows, student put their effort to research and made good investigation on Water Conversation and pollution. We realized that many student were throughly realized , How much we are polluting and its time to Conserve the Water and prevent the Water pollution. Also we can see the drawing of the students shows their interest towards Environment protection.

The competition ended on a successful note with everybody accepting the importance of water conservation and doing their bit towards a better and healthier tomorrow with clean and plentiful water. In this competition 100 Eco-club students , teachers, Education department offices and Flora and Fauna club member were actively involved.
